In the landmark 100th episode of These Parts, Vince and Elliot McNally travel to Lastly, CO. Having just been incorporated the previous week, the brothers offer their assistance in jump-starting some town culture with clips of their favorite places across small-town America.

As Vince and Elliot prep for their 100th episode, a couple of their distant relatives fill in to host. One is their far-removed and illegitimate British cousin Ash Picklicker (Lupe Murazsewski), and the other is a cyborg with the D.N.A. of Rand McNally's bastard child Tube McNally called Robot Trying to Understand Humanity Through the Lens of People, or simply, Ro.T.U.H.T.L.o.P (Maria Bartholdi). Ash and Ro.T.U.H.T.L.o.P are in Abra, NM. This Land of Enchantment town is home to the most practicing doctors of alternative medicine—including, but not limited to, enchantment. Talking with Ash is faith healer Ben Whiskin (Vince Koci) and bayou witch doctor Voodoo Daddy (Elliot Matson).

Elliot and Vince McNally head to Scuttlebutt, NJ for this week's show. Scuttlebutt is deemed the most gossipy town in the United States, and telling the brothers all about it and more are local housewives, best friends and world-class gossips, Lex (Jake Michels) and Sally Saywhat (Katie Michels).

Vince and Elliot McNally are in for a high-octane episode this week in Togeroga, AL. The NASCAR epicenter is home to the famous annual Togeroga 1 one-lap race. Talking with the brothers is NASCAR commentator Calvin Monterrey (Matt Fox).

This week on These Parts, Vince and Elliot head to the Bayou. Florp, LA is home to the makers of Florp, a short-lived '90s slime toy desperately ready to make a comeback. At the forefront of this endeavor is head of PR at Florp Corp. Intl. Tina Florp (Casey Haeg).

The McNally boys head over to Brumsky, AR on this week's episode. The entire town of Brumsky is an Amazon warehouse wherein its citizens are employed as "pickers"—talking with Elliot and Vince is one of them: Mark Charlesworth (Jed Arkley).

Elliot and Vince McNally visit Hampshire, NH in this week's show. The town harbors the fugitive bloodline of American monarch King Bosco IV, and still attempts to conceal their pre-Revolution British allegiance. Talking with the travelers is local all-American shopkeep Pip Swellington (Aric McKeown).

Vince and Elliot McNally visit Marshfield, MS this week. Built on a swamp after a sign from God to the town founder, the town is sinking at a rate of around 10 feet per year. Chatting with Vince and Elliot is town architect Bill a.k.a. Mountain Man (Jack Van Thomme).

Elliot and Vince McNally head over to Handler, OK this week. Historically the largest manufacturer of pan handles, the town has since needed to diversify into handles of other products. Talking with the travelers is struggling pan handle salesman Russell Brinkman (Jeremy Adler).

Elliot and Vince McNally are in the heart of America and its street art scene in this week's show. Windsom, NE boasts a large population of Banksy-esque graffiti artists looking to make a statement and gain notoriety. However, the town has a lush arts community and are thus unoffended by the painters. Talking with the brothers about all that and more is a local graffiti artist known to the town as Cha Cha (Michael Erickson).

The McNally Brothers are in Kenzy's Gulch, TN in this week's show. The town is determined to be the birthplace of just one famous person—literally any famous person. It just hasn't happened yet. Talking with Elliot and Vince is the town's talent scout, Judith Marie Kallabach (Kristen Rau).

Elliot and Vince McNally head to Wagon Wheel, KS in this week's show. The town claims origin to all wagon-related history, including Rosebud. Chatting with the travelers is wagon historian Arnold McRib (Jeremy Sender).

The McNally brothers head west to Sylvester, CA on this week's show. Voted Muddiest Town in America, this landslide-ridden town is literally constantly on the move. Vince and Elliot's guest is the town's bus tour guide, Janis Jammerson (Laura Sams).

Vince and Elliot McNally are reunited after a couple weeks apart in Lookyhere, SD. The town has the most and farthest reaching bill boards for various town spectacles leading to it than any town in the United States—billboards for the town are planted as far away as Maine. Talking with the travelers is town resident, and proprietor of the World's Largest Supply of Fossilized Rat Tails, Helvetica Tanner (Jocelyn Brady).

Elliot McNally and his special co-host, Dan McNally (Bobby Gardner) are in New Nagano, HI. Settled as an attempt at Japanese expansionism, New Nagano is mostly populated by American tourists looking to soak up even just a little bit of far Eastern culture. Talking with the travelers is Japanese culture connoisseur, Sammy Chan (Vince Koci).

Vince McNally and his step-dad, Skip Margolis (Cody Nelson), head out to Revere, MA, named for renowned lantern maker Doug Revere. Chatting with Vince and his special co-host is town resident, and descendent of Doug Revere himself, Minty (Elliot Matson).

Vince and Elliot McNally check out Springfield, UT this week. Established as an homage to the titular family of the longest running animated series, The Simpsons, Springfield plays host to every super fan's wildest dreams. Talking with the brothers is proprietor of local comic shop, The Cyborg's Portcullis, Graphic Novel Man (Jack Van Thomme).

Elliot and Vince McNally head up to Maynard, ND. Like many cities, no building in Maynard can be taller than its City Hall. Unfortunately, Maynard's burned down in 1911, so no building can be taller than 2.7 feet high.

Vince and Elliot McNally travel up north to Coalson, MI. This Upper Peninsula steampunk town denounces Henry Ford and all his inventions, opting instead to only use steam-powered vehicles and machinery. Chatting with the McNallys this week is steam-power mogul Tabitha Cogspenny (Jen van Kaam).

Elliot and Vince McNally head out to Early, RI this week. Early is home to the most houses and buildings used in exterior establishing shots of films and television shows. The boys welcome local housing agent and realtor Brett Gladstone (Bill McKinley) to talk all about this picturesque town.
