This type of  thing is a good measure of our self awareness and level of conscious development. Like Ram Dass says: "You think your enlightened? Spend a week with your parents, then tell me..." I've seen it all in spirituality! Just because someone has a book, channels, or claims to be a spiritual teacher does NOT mean that they are actually evolved or done any kind of deep work. There is a silent killer lurking among us, barely known and largely unrecognizable. It is heavy metal toxicity: primarily from Aluminum, Mercury, & Lead. Also common is: Fluoride and bisphenol-A (plastics). These heavy metals and chemicals accumulate in your body over the course of years to finally reach a critical mass that enacts what I refer to as 'catabolic breakdown.' Also known as 'systemic breakdown,' when your body starts to basically breakdown at the cellular level. Common symptoms: headaches, fevers, brain fog, trouble sleeping, trouble falling back asleep, trouble losing weight, easy water weight retention upon eating virtually any food, aches and pains in the joints, chronic fatigue, depression, emotional highs and lows, hyper sensitive emotional states, irritability, heart palpitations, rapid heart beat (tachycardia), irregular heart beat, digestive issues, IBS, feeling as if you have been poisoned. One thing that all High Level Performers have in common and with which they operate throughout their entire business career is that they hire coaches. Inherently, HLP's recognize that they cannot identify their own blind spots, that's why they are called blind spots. In order live and do business as an HLP you must be able to clearly and fully see yourself holistically. This requires an outside, expert, experienced set of discerning eyes on you and the ability to be vulnerable and allow growth.

For High Level Performers a form of Soul Food is to see other people's success in life. HLP's LOVE seeing other people become successful and enjoy finding out how they did it. For them, the real life stories of people who have risen up to become successful, from wherever they came and whatever they went through, is worth Gold. A true HLP would NEVER even DREAM of attempting to discredit via rationalization the method or means of which another became successful. This is merely an excuse to not have to step into your own power. This is not the path of the HLP either, this is the path of the lesser being. The Higher path is one in which you gain motivation and inspiration from the accomplishments of others and use this as the vital Life Force to propel you forward to new heights of accomplishment.

If you really want to engage your day the way HLP's do then you will create a morning routine. This means a routine that centers you and projects a certain positivity into the day that you carry with you throughout it.

One of the things that you will need to train yourself in to be a High Level Performer is making sure you always ask the right questions.   When a problem or hurdle pops up, what is your first reaction? Most people think 'why is this happening?' or  worse 'why is this happening to ME?' This is the wrong mindset to take. The correct mindset is to ask yourself 'How can I accomplish or solve or get around this issue?' It changes everything.

Learning how to execute your plans is of paramount importance in your quest to become a High Level Performer.

A concept I like from Dan Sullivan of Strategic Coach is your 10x purpose. What I have found is that folks who come back from events with Richard Branson and other consciousness expanding events come back thinking in terms of even bigger: 100x!   Challenge yourself to think big, much bigger than you ever have before. Sometimes this is hard to do on your own, so events, coaches, and mentors are a key here.

One of the things which is important to understand and is of primary importance is the ability to show up every day, day in and day out, to do the work. A great reference read for you is 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield. You show up, you do the work, and you do it every day. This is now your primary directive if you want to become an HLP and live your dreams.
