Misinformation

This week, The Guys once again battle their nemesis, The Mormon Church.  Betwixt the toil against the Latter Day Saints, and Zac’s very informed class on religion and dissection of the man called Jebus, an announcement is made about Iron Man II.  Eric credits Zac with this earth shattering development and reveals that he’s positive that Terrence Howard is a regular listener.  As two signs of the coming apocalypse; Eric has a Direct TV disaster, AND the New Kids on the Block kick off a tour…we thought they were dead.  Also, a frank discussion about little dogs, and why they suck., plus much, MUCH MORE!!  

Misinformation 28:  Sticky Kitty This week, The Guys discuss the awesomeness of cutting the umbilical of cohabitating with the ‘rents.  Apparently Eric’s brother doesn’t share the excitement.  This leads to a dissection of why Eric’s brother is…well…how he is.  Pornography is touched upon, but not in an actual tactile way, after a quick discussion of Iron Man.  Avoid 14:00 through 18:37 if you would like to miss the spoilers!  Zac again curses Direct TV to a thousand deaths, force choking a Wookie is dreamed of…Eric and Zac totally Bill Paxton/Bill Pullman a couple of their former teachers...and much MUCH MORE!  See me mowin'...my front yard…

This week, the Guys briefly discuss the state of our economy and boobs before confirming the actual existence of JK’s box of glitter. Weller proposes a small business solution to teen age pregnancy, Zac attempts to bring down Direct TV one subscription at a time, and Adam uses his very own shiny new microphone to broach the topic of boobs for the second time this episode.  The Guys all vow to make a pilgrimage to the titty bar soon, a questionable party plan is discussed, Weller attempts to ruin Kingdom of the Crystal Skull forcing Zac to make an on the spot edit…and MUCH MUCH MORE!

Poetry, porn stars and Pugs, Oh MY!  This week’s episode finds the guys in a discussion about how to become a Bad Boy.  Weller showcases a talent he has hidden from the world.  Adam is apparently tricked into recording with promises of Madden Football and titty bars.  Zac discovers a listener with a shared moniker, beer is drunk, cold jalapeno poppers are eaten, and an interview opportunity is explored.  Plus, a memorial tribute to a tremendous loss…and MUCH MUCH MORE!

This week, the Guys start out slow…real slow, as they discuss a couple of new beers they are enjoying and then move on to tackle Weller’s broke ass ride and tow trucking expertise.  The Logo Design Contest enters its final week, and Weller provides our listeners with a sure fire way to get free Burger King…if you dare.  Zac recounts the story of his Def Comedy View experience (Which one of these is not like the other ones…not like the other ones…) and the day of the pager is remembered, fondly…we think.  The Guys also wax philosophic about the good ol’ days of heavy petting, movie theatre make out sessions and ducking the ‘rents, before discussing the strangest beauty pageant idea…ever.  Plus, much, MUCH MORE!!!

The Guys discuss Weller’s recent pilgrimage to the land of beer and topless beaches and make the realization that Switzerland isn’t everything you see in the brochures.  Our appreciation for our loyal listeners grows, as they make themselves known and one even makes a contribution to the show, by way of his very own Mustache List!  Bigfoot is found, and then shown to be a tremendous disappointment.  In an attempt to recoup their losses over the Bigfoot let down, The Guys try to decide what would make the perfect pet, a golden eagle or a tiger, there is a return to the 10 1’s debate, a homoerotic moment is shared thanks to listener Louise…plus MUCH, MUCH MORE in this extended episode!

In Part II of our palaver with guest host Eric, Zac broaches such topics as house hunting, house finding, and house giving…up…on… The B-team duo also take some time to discuss a third party’s love of the Internet, his alone time, and himself.  The most homoerotic movie of all time is revealed (It’s not what you might think.) and a quick Dark Knight accolade is given, (Ya, we know, we've heard it all already too.) luckily with no spoilers.  Things take a dark turn towards the last ¼ of the episode as Zac loses his mind over a major network reality show, both guys mourn the loss of a stand up icon.  Dumb’s the new cool, It, and much, much, more!

The Guys are separated by the Atlantic Ocean, so Zac again seeks the help of Eric to balance the debauchery.  They tackle the definition and description of odd sexual phrases before jumping in to a conversation about tremendous weight loss.  Some time is taken to mark the passing of a Golden Girl and ponder the difficulty of besting the aerially inclined undead.  The Lost Boys are discussed, in two completely different incarnations.  Ninja Turtles are given their due respect, Eric’s cool brother is acknowledged, and Marky Mark’s brother is lambasted.  Shame on you, Donnie Wahlberg.  Shame.  On.  You.   Zac and Eric also wax philosophic about the having of cool stuffs, excluding a copy of Strange Wilderness.  Strange Wilderness can go to hell.  It can go to hell and it can die. 

The Guys implore you to help them with their pathetic logo.  Please, have you no hearts?  An extreme statement is made towards a Last Comic Standing contestant, the dangers of saying “retard”, another not so subtle plea to The Plume, and the great Mustache Musical formula is revealed!  You’ll never listen to rock and roll the same again.  Also, a slight against Bob Ritchie, the Emo, and Weller tells us how he really feels about Bob Seger.  We’re probably not going to Katmandu!

This week, The Guys battle a phobia of abnormal female anatomical structures before discussing alternate career choices involving their sexualities...as well as giant crabs.  It’s only half as troubling as it sounds.  A third joins their palaver to help discuss unlawful carnal knowledge of the animated kind, ginormous children and the deity known as Dr. Phil.  Let’s do it.

Due to forces in the universe outside their control, The Guys must sever their alliance permanently.  Only Zac remains and must train a new ally.  Together may they become more powerful than anyone can possibly imagine; and with their forces combined, conquer age old questions.  Is it OK to hit a bitch?  Does the world need a new sexual technique? Who won the guest host vote? Also, a shout out to the business that made it all possible…and much MUCH MORE!

The Guys reunite!  Cory returns in a flurry of explanations, excuses, and apologies…well…sort of.  The Guys make fragile amends with The Schnack, try their luck with multiple microphone recording and pimp Last Comic Standing…again.  Cory takes an opportunity to look at the inner “Core”, if you will, and Zac bears his White Trash roots for everyone to see.  The Asian Invasion strikes a Journey tribute band, Zac reveals a new "celebrity" crush...Plus, much, much more!

The Guys again enlist the aid of the One Called Weller to fill the chasm left by Cory’s continued absence.  The dilemma known as the threesome, is contemplated.  Is a 7 strong enough to offset a 3?  You decide.  Also, the first listener challenge has been met, with mediocre results.  Weller argues that bald is beautiful, but not necessarily as cost affective as one might think.  Zac slips a C-word and The Courtship of Ken Plume sinks to an embarrassing, yet hopefully effective, low…plus much MUCH more!

This week finds The Guys again one man short.  Due to the devastation caused by Apocalypse '08 (pronounced aught 8), Zac enlists another accomplice in order to fill the tremendous void left by a missing Cory...and his eyebrow.  Cory's extended sabbatical allows Zac and his temporary partner in crime to wax philosophical about Mormon sex, Clowns vs. Mimes, what Zac would...or wouldn't...do for Snickers, and the lucrative nature of mobile hot dog sales.  The gauntlet is thrown down to forced volunteering and a challenge is set forth to our listeners.  Will YOU answer the call?  Plus, the deluge provides a new horticultural opportunity, monetary divorce preparedness and planning is outlined, Zac name drops a Last Comic Standing participant, Ken Plume is again courted...and much much more!

In a triumphant return to recording, one of The Guys bursts back into action with new weapons and a new style (complete with technical difficulties).  Joined by a guest host, Zac tackles the Greatest Super Hero Movie of All Time.  As he and his special side kick destroy a few upstart challengers to the Super Hero Movie mantle, the Fanboy Syndrome is experienced full blown, as the show continues a slide from movies to comics to retail work and BACK to movies ABOUT comics.  Cory returns next week to defend his honor against the Irish, and hopefully explain what happened…and why…

The Newest Episode is BACK up!  (Originally posted May 10, 2008) A "Lost" episode surfaces. During an unscheduled break in recording a very important episode of Misinformation rises from the depths. As The Guys fear an impending Armageddon, Zac reveals the devious plan of the Irish to Cory, hoping not to emotionally devastate him. The blight on the skin of seedy establishments everywhere, the bad strip club, is discussed, and wheel chair beauty pageants are contemplated. Announcements! They're made, they're discussed, tell us what you think. Also, The Guys recount stories of their respective brushes with greatness as they reach out to the venerable Ken Plume.
