Abide in Jesus - Abide in the Greek means to stay in a given place, a state, a relationship or expectancy, it means to abide, remain, continue, dwell, endure, be present, stand and tarry. In John 15:4-17 Jesus uses the word abide 11 times* when we dwell, abide, remain, endure in Jesus as the vine our lives are strengthened by His word and His love. *dependent on the version

What is the favor of God? What does it mean to have the favor of God on and in our lives? How can we get grow in the favor of God? Sharne looks at these questions and shows us that no matter what wrong or right we have done, God is there for us and His favor is ours. No matter what you are going through He has you in his hands, His thoughts and His love.

Jesus was born as a man and still was God, he came as man to fulfill the covenant. Jesus came as man and as God to complete what God the Father had laid out to fulfill the covenant and restore the relationship between God and men.

Mal Kennedy brings us 3 Keys to unlock purpose and destiny in our lives from Philippians 3 verses 7 - 14.

Do you often find yourself saying "God here is all my life" and then take back the reigns in certain areas. When we do this we loose the opportunity to grow in God, to grow in our relationship with God, to grow in wisdom and strength. Live life wide open to God and all life has to offer and throws at you, throw caution to the wind and pursue Jesus, encounter God in all areas and live a life wide open to God.

How many of you have been taught that when Jesus returns He is going to deal with sin? Brad will take you through scripture and show you that Jesus sacrifice on the cross, His shed blood doesn't cover your sin and then leave you with the very nature that separated you from Him. Be prepared to be challenged as Brad reveals scripture and Jesus nature regarding sin.

God is inviting us to go deeper with Him, to go deeper into the things of God, to live our lives in the fullness of the Spirit of God. How deep will you go in God's river?

Sundays sermon 9th April Ben Radnidge

Ben takes us through the book of Esther and looks at the job that God had for her to do - her call. Ben shows through the scriptures where Esther came from and what she had to go through, the size of the job that God had for her and how God amazingly positioned her for the job. You will see the responsibility that Esther had with her job/call from God and the result of her choosing to step into the job that God had for her.

When Christ is the center of your family and our family here at Our Community, His heart is seen

Too often we preach on the fall of man Genesis 3 as the beginning of the gospel message, however the Gospel message starts in Genesis 1 with "In the beginning". The Woman at the well was amazed at Jesus words, He did not convict or condemn, He spoke truth and tenderness. Jesus embraced her brokenness not her sin. He spoke a gospel of love and did not convict her of her sin. We need to embrace the brokenness of peoples lives and not the sin in their life.

John 1:12 "But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God" NLT Because if what Jesus has done we are all received into God's family. God's purpose for us is to belong to His family. Nehemiah rebuilt the walls by inviting families to come and be positioned along the wall. We have an opportunity and a responsibility at Our Community to be good stewards of what God has given us. What has God placed in you, where in the family does He want to position you?
