Strange Highways

This week Terry and Paul are at a local pub just trying to drink in peace, when Mr. Liam O'Shaughnessy comes bursting in with a wild tale about seeing little people in the nearby woods... 

This week Terry and Paul went to go get a big brass bed and met Daniel and Becky Arnold, a happy couple that stumbles across a camera that's 70 years old with film still inside. When Arnold develops the pictures, he soon learns the dark truth about the images they hold... 

This week Terry and Paul head to the future and meet Father Costigan and Dr. Chandler, one a man of faith and the other a man of science, who are on a mission to a distant galaxy in which a super nova occurred thousands of years ago. When they arrive, they discover a signal from an unknown people that shouldn't exist... 

This week Terry and Paul, while getting at yelled by the world's worst boss, meet Ms. Karen Billings, a secretary that is very good at her job but not appreciated by anyone. After a mistake with a copy machine, Karen now finds herself in a world in which being a secretary is akin to being a rock star... 

Terry and Paul get back to the second half of the 1st season of the 80's revival of the Twilight Zone with Night of Meek. An updated take on the original series episode in which a downtrodden drunken department store Santa just wants to make Christmas a day worth celebrating for those that have nothing. He gets his wish when his trash bag starts spilling out an unfathomable amount of presents...  

This week Terry and Paul take the last detour before heading back into the Twilight Zone by stopping by 1977's Dead of Night. Three tales of time travel, vampires, and... a kid named Bobby. Happy Halloween! 

Terry and Paul take another detour into the 1970's and head west to Vegas and meet Carl Kolchak, a crime reporter that has seen better days and is looking for his ticket back to the big time. Carl starts to connect the dots on what at first appear to be unrelated murders and soon believes a monster is hunting women at night... 

This week Terry and Paul continue their detours by traveling to a future in which the rich can pay for the privilege of going back in time to hunt dinosaurs. What could possibly go wrong when history is being shot at...

This week Terry and Paul take another detour to the past with 1972's Asylum and meet Dr. Martin as he travels to the asylum for an in person job interview with a twist. The doctor that was to hire him is now a patient and Dr. Martin is tasked with interviewing the four dangerous individuals locked away and determining which one is the real doctor...  

This week Terry and Paul continue on their detours as they head back to Black Mirror to visit San Junipero and meet Yorkie, who is socially awkward and trying to find somewhere to fit in, when she meets Kelly, an outgoing party type. Their connection is instant, but all is not what it seems in this seaside party town... 

This week Terry and Paul take another detour and look at a different black and white anthology show, Alfred Hitchcock Presents. They meet Mrs. Mary Maloney, a homemaker that is doing everything she can to keep her husband happy. When he informs her that he is leaving her, Mary takes steps to make sure that will never happen... 

This week Terry and Paul start the first of a few detours from the 80s Twilight Zone and take a look at 1978's Invasion of the Body Snatchers. How do you fight an enemy that looks exactly like your loved ones or even possibly yourself? Who can you trust? Why do these space flowers smell so good...  

This week Terry and Paul were trying to find cool printed t-shirts and end up meeting Sam, a mathematician trying to solve what appears to be an impossible equation. In frustration, Sam offers to sell his soul for the answer and suddenly the devil appears to collect it...  

This week Terry and Paul tried to avoid meeting Mr. Kevin Drayton, a scientist working on a revolutionary new holographic technology. What was supposed to be a working display of planets and the universe starts to display a new born baby that was never part of the program...  

This week Terry and Paul are digging up toy soldiers in the front yard when they meet Mr. Gus Rosenthal, a successful but unpleasant man who has come back to his childhood home to figure why he is angry all the time. He not only goes home, but back to when he was a kid in an attempt to help his younger self...  

This week Terry and Paul are minding their own business when they meet Dr. Dennis Barrows, a man stranded after his car breaks down who makes a hike to a small coastal community in hopes of finding help. The people there don't like strangers,  especially if the lighthouse turns on....  

This week Terry and Paul get up before dawn and meet Mr. Joe Farrell, a man who is having an affair with his friend's wife. Joe, by her coaxing, has decided to kill his friend at the start of duck hunting season so that it can look like an accident... 

This week Terry and Paul are joined by Leiann of the Skewered Universe Podcast and meet Joey, a kid who is excitedly watching a VHS tape of his favorite cartoon host, Uncle Devil. As Joey does all the activities that Uncle Devil tells him to do, strange things start to happen around his home.. 

This week Terry and Paul run away from bullies and meet Danny, a bright middle school kid that doesn't have many friends and sleeps with all his lights on. Forced by his mother to sleep in the dark, a mysterious figures rises from underneath his bed... 

This week Terry and Paul go through the cowboy doors and meet David, an angry man who has been searching for the Lost and Found Emporium for three years. Now that he has found it, none of what is on the shelves appears to make any sense...
