Numerology, Handmade Horse Tarot Cards, instinct, freedom and change - with Jess Campmans
18/02/2020 Duração: 59minIN HER WORDS: My horses (and animals in general) have always been a huge part of my life. I was kicked in the head by a horse as a child and later in life my horses helped me heal from that trauma and recover the parts of my soul that were frozen in that experience. They helped me, as an adult, recognize and face the incongruence I was living, taught me how to process fears and insecurities to reclaim the most authentic version of myself and guided me to develop my highly intuitive and energy healing skills that I now could not live without, and use to help humans and animals find deeper meaning and clarity in their lives and relationships. The more I journeyed into the realm of spirit with them, the more instances that channeling, receiving energetic downloads and communicating with animals and those who had passed into spirit beings, began to spontaneously happen. The many deaths of my animals throughout my life initiated me and helped me find a deeper understanding around death in relationship within the c

She worked as a copywriter and producer in radio and television before having children and making the decision to stay at home with them full-time. 31/01/2020 Duração: 58minFoojan and I discuss being raised by a famous Mom with a father not in the pictures much and being passed around to people to take care of her. The good news is she received love from everywhere, the bad news is she was molested. With therapy, awareness integration, resilience she got through her past. She was first a child in rage, ran away at age 11, moved to the USA at the age of 12 on her own, attended ASU at 15 years old and used her past as her passion to become a therapist. IN HER WORDS: I am originally from Iran. I was sexually molested from age 3-8, come from a divorced family, came to the U.S. at age 12 1/2 alone, graduated from High School at age 15, went to ASU as an international student, the revolution happened and my parents could not support me, so I started working 3 jobs at age 17 to survive, had to quit school since as an international students the cost was extremely high. Being near death in the hospital, gave her the guts to be an author, talk to animals and take multi-dimensional journeys in her business that helps others heal - with Glenda-Ray Riviere
28/01/2020 Duração: 58minGlenda-Ray and I discussed being in the hospital and nearly dying, "we have to feel it to heal it", working with animals, energy healing as an intuitive, having multi-dimensional journeys, talking to animals, being silent and the cost of not speaking up. A published author twice, with a YouTube channel and meditation IN HER WORDS: As a child, I had an experience of not being seen nor heard hiding behind the curtain for fear of what might happen if I shared my thoughts, feelings, emotions and spoke my innermost truths. All of these un-expressed thoughts, feelings, and emotions had to "go" & find a voice somewhere. My soul chose the seat of anger- the liver to scream out there & be heard, acknowledged & received. This led to a near "death" experience as a young adult. Through that powerful life-changing journey, I commanded to be shown another way to heal, transform & empower my life. Various alternative healing modalities literally showed up at my doorstep. Through the exploration of these al

She came out as a lesbian after being raised Mormon, getting married and having a child - with Amber Ezell
24/01/2020 Duração: 58minAmber and I discuss starting a business, fighting depression, living abroad, getting married, being a lesbian, getting divorced and living her truth. IN AMBERS WORDS I am in a place of life in which I am so proud that I am finally living my truth. It has been a rocky road, mainly due to me trying to fight my inner authentic self. I was born and raised in South Orange County, California. I was also raised in a very conservative, Mormon family, where doing what was "right" was always the most important- far before being authentic. I am the oldest of four kids in my family, meaning I have always been the one with the hardest expectations placed on me and on myself. I went to Cal State University, Long Beach for my undergraduate degree. I developed an intense attraction to my first roommate in college but didn’t know what it meant. I admitted in my journal all of the feelings I was experiencing and even wrote “I might be a lesbian” but somehow talked myself out of that crazy idea. I decided I wanted a

A financial planner with ease of working with money, so she learned how to help others with money behaviors and launched her business - with Christine Teh
10/01/2020 Duração: 49minWhen it comes to finances, Christine doesn't think she has really struggled. Some people have gifts in certain things and she's just naturally great with money. That's how she became a finance coach since there are not a lot of people in her area who want to teach people about money. They care most about people who already have investable assets. Christine wanted to learn about money and manage it herself. She just couldn't find one in her area so she decided to be that coach - after learning herself to be even better with money. She's also learned that a lot of people's money behaviors stem from the past so she also helps with money mindset and behaviors as well. The difference between Christine and other financial advisors other than her coaching? She was a blast to chat with! A child connected to everything, to harsh physical and emotional lessons that took it away from her and her journey back to herself including a vow of peace – with Erica Risberg
07/01/2020 Duração: 57minErica started out in this glorious world knowing she was connected to everything. She talked with animals, plants, trees - the whole thing. She was also given a couple of harsh physical and emotional experiences that knocked her out of that. Born with a dislocated hip, and in traction at 6 months and in a body cast for 18 months by the time she was 1. Lots of trauma AND she can walk normally, so while she's had to deal with the healing of those emotional wounds, she's grateful for it. The second was losing my grandfather when she was 10 who was the one person in life who saw her. After he died, she went into a serious pattern of coping and hiding, as she lived with emotionally underdeveloped people. The triumph is that she took a vow of peace a mere 4 years ago because she snapped and was sick of the violence in the world, and that's led her on a crazy deep spiritual path to uncovering and healing all of the ways she's hidden herself and getting reconnected to where she was when she started out, except now, s

Reverse speech warned him about his summer, he still served jail time for false criminal allegations for possession of marijuana, then wrote two books, and works to help others - with Joshua Schmude
27/12/2019 Duração: 56minPrior to this interview, I read links Joshua sent about his criminal charges, the "crackpot crackdown" of the town he was arrested in and how often they charged people with fabricated charges. In his words to me about his incredible story: Long story short I got a reversal (backwards message/reverse speech) in January of 2008 that said 'summer of shame, let's miss it'. About 4 months later in May of the same year, I got pulled over in Edna, a small Texas town notorious for really shady stuff, you can view a 12 page expose article about this town and prosecutor published in the Austin Chronicle here: https://www.austinchronicle.com/news/2005-10-21/301887/ I got pulled over and arrested for possession of Marijuana when there was no Marijuana. I decided to fight the misdemeanor and they dropped the misdemeanor and charged me with a 3rd-degree felony, Tampering w/Physical Evidence. I took it to trial and they gave me 10 years in prison for "eating a joint." Although my case sounds completely absurd, th

Coming out as a lesbian in high school made it easier to find strength when she was diagnosed with a progressive neuromuscular disease she watched her Mom die from - with Leslie Krongold
24/12/2019 Duração: 01h05minLeslie and I discussed how she "came out" in high school, which set the stage for her being a strong woman who could handle what life dished out. Her Mom was diagnosed with a genetic condition in 1990 and passed away in 1992 at the age of 55, with brain and lung cancer, so there was never clear information for Leslie to fully understand the genetic condition. This genetic disease is a progressive neuromuscular disease and Leslie was diagnosed in her mid-30's. Fortunately, Leslie had adopted a radical self-care practice, as her disease has no cure or treatment. Diet, exercise, attitude, and relaxation has helped her live a full and more healthy lifestyle, already outliving her Mom by two years and counting. She has watched others with the disease die, and by all accounts, she herself should have died already. We openly discussed wills, health directives, and different ways to handle death. website: http://glasshalffull.online/ Twitter: @Leslie_GHF Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/glasshalffullonline

Codependency, abusive father, feeling unworthy to best selling author who got out of self-doubt to self-love 5000 miles away from home - with Carla Romo
13/12/2019 Duração: 01h48sCarla has a published book, Contagious Love which is all about codependency. Not only is it super helpful for codependents, but Carla's story is also inspirational and therapeutic. My friend and editor have talked about the blanket of sadness on grueling runs. I see Carla's book as a blanket of therapeutic love. Her father was abusive and it set the tone for childhood. As a 3-year-old hiding from her dad under the bed so he would not hurt her. It paved the way for her to be in codependent relationships where she was never fully living for herself. She used outside validation for worth, and believed if she was liked and needed, she was worthy. She felt broken and that she needed to be fixed so she tried to fix others. Ultimately, this cost her her happiness, peace of mind and serenity. The reality check came blaring at 24 years old. Sort of the way your dog looks at you when it wants to eat breakfast. She was in an abusive relationship and was tired of living a life of self-doubt, unworthiness and

Working in fashion in Paris, growing up with a nanny from chronic pain in bed for 3 years, depression to launching books and a minimalist clothing line - with Jo Blakely
06/12/2019 Duração: 01h32sJo tells me about her first job in Paris, France and how much she loved it, how passionate she is about fashion, having a nanny growing up in Toronto, how to get past being suicidal, and her new and amazing clothing line. When returning from Paris, Jo was disabled for 3 years with a serious back disability. (lost feeling in her leg for a while and still have a 'dead spot') In that time she was in chronic pain in bed for 3 years and had 2 surgeries and a number of treatments to help with pain management. That period was her hermetic period...a time of great contemplation and it was also the first-ever so slight spiritual experience that had me reexamining consciousness and beingness. She was very depressed but sought a way through to try and find happiness even if it meant being forever disabled and in pain, which is what she was largely told to expect from doctors. She started writing steamy romances because that was all she could read while in pain to avoid nightmares. And I was laughing so hard I eventually
