  • Living her best life with Multiple Sclerosis - Suzette Sutton-Frazee

    26/06/2020 Duração: 01h02min

I feel blessed to know Suzette and more honored that she was brave enough to come forward and discuss her struggles. She is passionate about helping others, connecting with people and sharing her message of healing. IN HER WORDS: I was raped by a 14-year-old neighbor at the age of 9. My parents weren't home and so my brother's older friend took the opportunity. As I've thought about it over the years, what stands out to me is that he had been grooming me since a young age. I was the one that he had a special nickname for, he always tried to make me feel special. So when the day arrived, I never in a million years thought he would do anything like that. I remember just freezing, not knowing what to do. Over the years, like a typical victim, I found myself making excuses for him (ie. boys will be boys, he was still a nice guy, he was also molested). Then I got to an age where I was like, NO. What he did was wrong. As I talked with people from many different walks of life, I found out that virtually EVERYONE kno

Natalie was with me for podcast interview #2 and so much has changed! I'm so thankful she is willing to discuss the difficult process of being in business for yourself and how that sometimes doesn't work, doing what's best for your family and leaning into all of that! IN HER WORDS: I'm a mom, wife, entrepreneur and coffee lover. I also have had anxiety most of my life, although I didn't realize how long I've had it until recently.  My anxiety has been the reason I've failed at some pretty important things, but it's also been the reason I've succeeded at some pretty amazing things as well.  Things I can credit my anxiety for: Doing well in school  Being a top performer at every job I've ever had  Having a clean house, healthy meals and snacks, while working 50+ hours a week.  Losing 30 lbs Things I can blame my anxiety for:  Awkward first impressions  Difficult social situations  A failed coaching business  Gaining 60 lbs I've pivoted my business into helping fam

  • Be The Nudge You Are Dying For with Steph St Laurent of FAYA

    19/06/2020 Duração: 01h02min

Steph and I discussed suicide attempts, and how the thought of suicide never goes away, FAYA, hopscotching landmines with his dad, being the best version of yourself and how he was the Nudge He Was Dying For IN HIS WORDS: Having attempted suicide in my late teens (this happened at school in fact) ; this being the apex of the childhood I had and came from.  I went from being afraid of my own shadow and the inability to communicate anything that emotionally related to someone that I'm very proud of today who can't SHUT UP about the human condition and the quest to be the best versions of ourselves.  I spent some time in therapy seeking the tools to be able to UNPACK MY SHIT; which was a great start to my journey.  There are a multitude of UPS & DOWNS in my almost 48 years on this planet.   The first book that changed my life was "Awaken The Giant Within" - this was the foundation of changing my self-talk.  Fighting the perpetual feelings of anxiety and questioning my success/self-wo

This isn't just for me! You can work through your own healing through this session, have A-HA moments and release some of your own tension. Pelvic bowl coaching is incredible.   In the time since the interview:   TUESDAY: The day of Freezing after - it was raining during the meeting and my toilet was slowly running so water was on my mind. When I was freezing I got into the bath and it felt like coming home  Could not take enough deep breaths Had waves of fear roll through me. I couldn’t even tell why or where it was coming from. It was debilitation I thought I’d want to drink b

  • Horsewisdom reading with oracle cards and intuitive guidance - Coaching with Jess Campmans

    09/06/2020 Duração: 01h21min

This time around, We did some horsewisdom readings - both with the oracle cards and intuitively! It was amazing. I let Jess lead this completely and take us where her intuition led. She brought up that I learned that I wasn't supposed to cry when I was about 7 years old and something pivotal happened around the age of 13-14 and both were spot on.    She also felt my shoulder pain and when I discussed when it started, what else was going on, etc.. she connected the dots in a way that had me dumbfounded. She related it to "being stabbed in the back". From this day, I haven't had any shoulder pain. Tension, yes. Breathing through it, yes. But the pain I felt every day is completely gone. I didn't realize how hard I was hanging on and how much I hurt until I released it.   I learned a number that comes up a lot is 5 and my horse was Karma. I can't wait to buy her cards!   OUR FIRST INTERVIEW: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6QA8ZqIUdWw   FIND HER HERE: www.jesscampmans.com IG - @ho

  • PMDD, ADD, Pelvic pain, Entrepreneur failure to success with Sophia Wise One

    02/06/2020 Duração: 01h16min

Sophia showed up naked and I KNEW it was going to be wonderful! It's slightly longer, but SO worth it! I loved this interview and this human being. I know you will too.   From Sophia: Which struggle do I pick? PMDD, ADD, Entrepreneur failure, Pelvic pain?  When I was 19 I lost my mind and chose to leave college mid-semester. I was diagnosed with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), which for me was the worst 2 days of PMS you can imagine but it lasted almost 14 days, the week before and then the week of my period, a.k.a. I would lose myself for half of every month to a whirlwind of mania, depression, and emotional and physical pain.   I used my spiritual and alternative upbringing as the foundation to find healing for my soul, body, mind, and heart. It took 7 years to get my self, my mind, and my joy back. I was able to finish college, become a licensed massage therapist, and worked enough to be financially independent. I gathered everything I learned in a basket on that journey and combi

  • Marketing from door to door sales and bartending, divorce and childhood baggage - Katrina Sawa

    26/05/2020 Duração: 57min

When I'm introduced to someone (virtually) by two people on the same day, I listen and connect. I'm so thankful I did! Katrina and I discuss how she was a bartender, got a college degree and THEN did door to door sales for 9 months, how that relates to dating, lacking confidence and how she healed from waiting to be picked up by her dad who was 2 days late, only to be complemented with a negative statement immediately after for her entire life.   IN HER WORDS: I was in my starter marriage a few years too long. I was pretending to be "happy" when I would show up at networking events even though my spouse wasn't supportive of me being an entrepreneur. It wasn't easy as I'm usually very happy-go-lucky. I realized that life was too short and at 35 left that marriage to go do what I knew I was meant to do and boy did I do it in a big way!  I never gave up and always believed "it would work out in the end" and it did.  Now I have an amazing husband who we've supported each other through some big heal

  • Born with 60% hearing loss, unloved, and self-healed from Fibromyalgia - with Eileen Bild

    22/05/2020 Duração: 55min

I contributed a piece of my story in the book, Chaos to Clarity: Sacred Stories of Transformational Change. My spiritual journey began after self-healing from Fibromyalgia. I had suffered for 7 years with no relief and hit rock bottom with debilitating symptoms. My final moment that rocked my world came when I had enough and made a declaration to heal or I was done! This propelled me onto a path of awakening that worked from the inside out, breaking free the authentic me. As part of the journey, I became more aware of the intricate web of the seen and unseen worlds, of the core blueprint within myself, of the principles of the universe at play, and my inner compass always guiding me. I went from a paradigm of sickness and disease to health and healing leading to my Masters in Transpersonal Psychology, becoming a Certified Life Coach, Teacher, Published Writer and Published Author, and Executive Producer/Videographer/Photographer. My foundation of everything I do is based on Core Thinking, as it was the chan

We talked Content not context, my relationships with my parents and my fear of not being a great parent because of the choices I've made. It was exceptionally enlightening!  When coming as a client, you would fall into one of the following: 1. you're experiencing a conflict with someone and you're looking for support to navigate that 2. you're thinking about divorcing and trying to figure out how best to make that decision, and then live that decision 3. co-parenting struggles/conflict 4. relationship struggles/conflict Find her: https://cdn.filestackcontent.com/TPiNy0RRhm8Gr2AF7HL1?paikeamediation.com?text/html; charset=UTF-8 Original interview link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwiK6q1Z1mM WELCOME TO THE COACHING SERIES: When I wrote my book I did “Bear it all” - emotionally I was raw, vulnerable and the story was difficult to share but it was important for me to do it. • Human Design and Financial Coaching with Alana Heim of Prosperity Alignment

    12/05/2020 Duração: 01h10min

I learned so much in the coaching session! Although this was about my situation, there is so much information to gain and you can see what an outstanding coach Alana is! I'm a Generator. I need to trust my gut, wait for breadcrumbs, make decisions based on emotion - do I feel an Uh-huh? Or an Uh-uh? I make decisions in my sacral, I work best when asked yes and no questions. DON'T ask how - the Universe will answer that. I need people, places, and connections. I'm tribal, community and family-oriented. I love my individuality and need to do my own thing which is what will bring change to the world in my way. I fear not being good enough or life not worth living. I'm terrible at the close but great at the beginning explanation. I love experiences and the story to share! YES! I learned how to ask myself information and not to get stuck in my head asking the how. Just trust my gut and ask in the right way!  Already this has helped me SO MUCH! I've had a complete shift in my thinking and processing which has

  • Finding a diet to manage weight and get through menopause and reduce pain - Kristi Tornabene

    08/05/2020 Duração: 36min

IN HER WORDS: From problem to solution; from idea to an action plan: I help you build new bridges towards your target goals and accelerate your progress, overcoming obstacles and leveraging your own resources. For a more fulfilling life. I outline in the free e-mails, how change can be done. Changing when you eat your foods, to changing the combination. Finding your best foods, and finding a place for them in your daily eating plan. Having a calm brain, helped me save my marriage, and stand up to my husbands’ comments. Save my family and create a better environment for all. The menopause years can throw women into a spin, if things are not what you thought them to be, things can get out of control. Taking baby steps to better health is possible because no one can get here without understanding that they don’t need as much food as they think. Eating less is possible when you know what your body needs. This is why there are two primary tests on the website, the same ones I used when I had questions after workin
