On the cusp of plague number 10, Pharaoh is still in opposition. This is a dangerous place to be. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. God is revealing Himself and intentionally unfolds a purposeful plan for redemption as He brings judgement to Pharaoh. Ancient Egypt, or current times? As events have pushed the church out of our usual facility and into a remote location, the recorded audio quality is challenging but the message has perfect timing. Nothing can stop an unstoppable God. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and of a sound mind. In these days, let us not hoard our faith, our love our God revealed wisdom but freely as it was given let us freely pour it out. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. “Let My people go!” Four centuries have passed with Israel still captive under the Egyptians. The scene is set for Moses to approach Pharaoh and Moses will soon learn that this will not be a one and done. Pharaoh exercises all the power he has, but God, is going to exercise all the power that He has. God was the ‘I Am’ for Moses and He is the ‘I Am’ for whatever challenge is before us today. God wants to call us all to a higher purpose. Many times there is a waiting period. At times it may feel like it is a long waiting period, of dry time, when nothing is happening. Exodus, is the book of redemption. One family will have a child, Moses, that will change history.
