No one ever needs 100% of their retirement nest egg for a non-medical emergency BUT most people don't want to "tie up" their money.   Avoiding "non-liquid" strategies will destroy a retirement plan and isn't necessary anyway.  Listen in to learn how protecting yourself against unnecessary risk can cripple your retirement AND how to increase your retirement income by 30-40% using non-liquid strategies.

When I started this show three years ago I knew it would not be popular among the bad guys.
