Vtw: Show X

Wayne takes some time to try and talk about the things he saw at CES, unfortunately there were too many things to be seen and not nearly enough time in a single episode to cover it all. This first episode focuses on Wayne's first days in Las Vegas, running around with Gnomewise from www.AlphaGeekRadio.com and checking out some random technologies, like Smart watches and Bluetooth speakers. Wayne continues his second day by looking at a mutitude of 3D printers just before running out of time.

Wayne and Ken are both back home and are decompressing from weeks on the road. Ken recounts his harrowing experiences trying to leave America during the Frozen Vortex of weather in the United States' North East, while Wayne tries to cover the highlights of what he experienced during his week in Las Vegas at the Consumer Electronics Show. Ken and Wayne make time to record a special episode this week. Both of the hosts are in the same room for the FIRST TIME EVER! They are in Florida celebrating Ken's Wedding to Kitten Features. The hosts recap their first physical meetup as well as the entire wedding experience. Ken almost dies and Wayne's computer does kick the bucket this week on Show X. Both hosts are packing up to travel out to Florida for Ken's WEDDING!!! The hosts discuss their Christmas adventures and Wayne explains how he reacts to technology going belly up during a show broadcast. Ken has been playing a lot of Minecraft and shows off his new webcam, while Wayne is still working out the kinks of his new hardware. Ken and Wayne are all into the news this week. There are new announcements from Oculus and Microsoft, as well as teasing from Bethesda and Firefly! Ken is counting down the days until Christmas and then his upcoming imprisonment.... we mean marriage. Wayne is getting ready for some travel and helped celebrate a coupld of birthdays. Ken has been geeking out to everything outside of gaming and Wayne gives a quick review of "The Desolation of Smaug" and Starbound. It's winter LAN party at Wayne's House. Many games were played by all, including spending time with a PS4 and Xbox One. Ken spends some quality time with Zombies, when not getting drenched by Scottish weather. Ken is suffering from a plague today, but has still managed to make his way to his computer and do the show. It may have been due to his "Stag night" out. Wayne is recovering from America's annual gluttony fest, otherwise known as Thanksgiving. Now that it is December, the hosts' thoughts turn to GAME SALES! Everyone is taking part and the hosts want know what everyone out there has been spending their money on. The Guys have been spending some time gaming on League of Legends, Magicka, Game Dev Tycoon, Pokemon, Battlefield 4 and Hearthstone. Wayne and Ken decide that it is finally time to look at the announcements that came out of Blizzcon 2013. They look at the WoW expansion, Movie and the possibility of Warcraft RTS remakes. Wayne and Ken are at it again. Ken is feeling like an old man as he tweaked his back from all the Skyrim he's been playing. Wayne is starting to turn a little gray and may be sprouting the smallest of candy corn horns as he is starting to enjoy Homestuck. Both Wayne and Ken get a bit musical as Ken wows the internets with his rendition of Cherub Rock and Wayne regails his experience at the Denver Symphony as they play a tribute to heroes. Woo Hoo, Wayne is back in the studio safely from California. It is Halloween season around the globe and Wayne has started celebrating with a haunted house. Ken spends an enchanting evening on his birthday with........his Mum...
