The thing you lack doesn't mean you are lacking. What sort of thing does your "wanting mind" typically latch on to these days? What's the true reward that might be waiting for you, beneath the craving?

How do you turn away from triangles and toward direct, even if difficult, communication that respects yourself and others? What would it look like if you turned your next "always" or "never" into an inquiry into "what's here, right now?"
