It is also a universally accepted truth that joy is conducive to health.  If this be true, and we all instinctively know that it is true, we should cultivate joy as a good medicine and secure investment. Keeping in mind that whatever we are rehearsing, we are nursing. Cursing is nursing and so is blessing.
