By inconsistencies we are speaking to achievements, entertainment, new material items such as a new iPhone etc. But, King Solomon tells us in Eccl. Chapter 2 and 3 that it's all toil and that we experience peace when we accept that death befalls all of us-presidents to the permanent underclass and everything in-between. True joy is finding and knowing God and accepting that we all end up under the ground at the end of our mortal life. Through the inconsistencies and consistency life, joy and peace are found in the Lord. You will not find it anywhere else.
