There is freedom from anxiety and depression and it is found in the rest of Jesus. God Himself took time to rest so He has established a time of rest for us as well. Have there been times in your life when you look at the size of the mountain you have in front of you, the race you must run or the obstacle you must overcome and doubt that YOU could do it? First we must understand that WE are unable to do it alone. With the grace and mercy we receive from Jesus He is the one who gives us the strength to overcome ALL that is thrown at us.

Peter, James, and John were in the inner circle in relationship with Jesus. They had a connection and relationship that was closer than any of the other disciples. We should strive to have that depth of relationship with Jesus.

As followers of Christ we should also show an unconditional love for others in our lives. It is hard sometimes that our flesh wants to take over and give people a piece of our mind but we should push those feelings aside and give place to love.
