In the GTA in the month of May we have had the highest sales ever recorded by the Toronto Real Estate Board! 12870! The average price of a home in the GTA was 751,908. The average sale to list price ratio was 104% with an average days on market of 15. I specialize in the areas of Stouffville, Newmarket and Aurora. So lets take a look on how those numbers break down in those areas. Starting with Aurora: -The number of homes sold was 166 this is up from 152 last year -The average sale price of a home is 1,013,815.
