This week Hoss and Brandon sit down and have a big long conversation about Pokemon. The originals! Red and Blue and we even throw in a little Yellow as well. It's a pretty heavy catch-em-all episode so have a listen!

Max Payne 1 and 2 was one of the first action shooters that really gave a new light in control to the player but it also stepped up the aspect of gritty story telling, something Remedy Entertainment still strives to accomplish with recent works like Quantum Break. This week we talk about a game Hoss has played a lot lately on his 3DS and one of Brandon’s all time favorite games, Castlevania on the NES. It’s the first game that spans a 40 game library over the past few decades and one of the most deliberate action adventure games of it’s time from the movements to enemy placements. That beautiful purple Capcom box held some classic gems for the NES era and Ducktales for the NES was no exception. In a quick episode Hoss and Brandon break down the history, their experience and even the remake in what may be the most efficiently informative episode to date. This week we take a look at the forgotten child of the portable game wars in the 90's, the Atari Lynx. Described as a giant sub-sandwich Hoss takes us on a history lesson on the rise and fall of the Lynx and eventually Atari's console development.

Hoss has been off work for a week and a half and he went on a blitzkrieg of gaming to determine just what was the best game of 2015? We also have some prestigious other awards including Best Redemption and Most Surprising Hit! Let’s break down our top ten this week on VideoDestructs Best of 2015 Special!    

This week Hoss and Brandon play Super Mario All Stars and talk about it while watching Drake dance in the background on the TV. If this game came out today it would be called the Mario Complete HD Remastered Edition. If you're gonna play ONE Mario game for the rest of your life. Might as well play the one that has four games in one!
