So now that we've selected our regional teams Damien and Paul dig into the benefits of running a regional championship and how it ties in with the Quinn report and also how it links to past in Cavan GAA.

On today's show, Damien was joined by Paul Fitzpatrick from the Anglo-Celt to select their top five favourite Cavan players not to have won an Ulster SFC medal!

As part of our women is sport after International women's day, Damien spoke with Carmel O'Neill and Bláithín O'Reilly who are holding the position of chairperson in Drumalee and Killeshandra GAA clubs currently. In what is traditional and male dominated role Carmel and Bláithín discuss some of the challenges and the positives they have encountered.

On this week's show Damien caught up with high flyer Aishling Sheridan after Collingwood made it six wins from six games. with Sport Ireland promoting women is sport after International women's day, Aishling tells us about the challenges she has faced and gives advice to young developing athletes.
